Amends the Price-Anderson Act provisions of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 to reauthorize to: (1) August 1, 2012, mandatory indemnification of certain licensees with respect to nuclear incidents; and (2) August 1, 2008, certain reports to Congress by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and the Secretary of Energy with respect to the need to continue or modify the Price-Anderson Act.
