To amend the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act to direct the Director of the Federal Emergency Management Agency to develop a plan for stockpiling potassium iodide tablets in areas within a 50-mile radius of a nuclear power plant.

Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act to require the Director of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, jointly with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and other appropriate Federal agencies, to develop, transmit to Congress, and implement a plan for stockpiling potassium iodide tablets in areas within a 50-mile radius of a nuclear power plant which includes a strategy for the storage and delivery of such tablets to persons who may be affected by a disaster at such a plant.
