Accuracy in Pharmaceutical Advertisements Act - Amends the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to impose civil penalties for misbranding prescription drugs through a direct-to-consumer advertisement should the person fail to correct or cease such advertisement after receiving written notice from the Secretary of Health and Human Services.

Requires the Secretary, acting through the Commissioner of Food and Drugs, to report to the appropriate congressional committees on the prevalence of such advertisements and other, specified particulars.
