Job Creation and Economic Revitalization Act of 2001- Amends the Community Development Banking and Financial Institutions Act of 1994 to authorize appropriations for FY 2002 for the Community Development Financial Institutions Fund.
Amends the Small Business Investment Act of 1958 to increase the total dollar value of debentures which may be guaranteed under the New Markets Venture Capital Program.
Amends the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 to authorize appropriations for FY 2002 for the community development loan guarantees.
Authorizes appropriations for FY 2002 for grants in connection with the second round of empowerment zones and enterprise communities.
Amends the Public Works and Economic Development Act of 1965 to increase the authorizations of appropriations for FY 2002 for economic development corporations.
