Plain-English summary
Voters' Right to Know Act of 2001 - Amends the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to require any person conducting a Federal election phone bank (except through non-political general media facilities) to report to the Federal Election Commission specified information about phone bank costs, funding sources, household contacts, and questions asked or information provided to respondents.
