Miwaleta Park Expansion Act - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to convey to Douglas County, Oregon, without consideration, Miwaleta Park and an adjacent tract of Bureau of Land Management land. Requires the County to manage such land for public park purposes in a manner so as not to adversely affect attainment of the objectives of the adjacent Late Successional Reserve and in accordance with a management plan for the area developed in cooperation with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
