Harmful Nonnative Weed Control Act of 2000 - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to establish a program to provide financial assistance through States to eligible weed management entities to control or eradicate harmful, nonnative weeds on public and private land.
Prohibits such assistance from being used to carry out projects to control or eradicate aquatic noxious weeds or animal pests.
