Kentucky National Forest Land Transfer Act of 2000 - Transfers from the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) to the Secretary of Agriculture administrative jurisdiction over specified lands and attendant interests within the Daniel Boone National Forest (Kentucky).

Subjects the transfer of such lands to the authority of the Secretary of the Interior with respect to mineral resources underlying National Forest System Land, including mineral leasing laws and the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977.

Prohibits surface mining with respect to the lands except as provided in such Act.

Requires the Secretary of the Interior to provide to TVA specified monetary credits in consideration for the transfer.
