Consumer Credit Score Disclosure Act of 2000 - Amends the Fair Credit Reporting Act to require that: (1) a consumer reporting agency provide a consumer with specified credit score disclosures where an application for an extension of consumer credit is to be secured by a dwelling; and (2) copies of the credit scores and their derivation be furnished to the consumer by any person that uses consumer credit scores to make or arrange for such consumer credit extensions.

Declares void any contract provision that prohibits credit score disclosure by either a consumer reporting agency or a person who makes or arranges for the pertinent credit.

Shields a user of the credit score from liability for such a disclosure.
