Tumalo Irrigation District Water Conservation Project Authorization Act - Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior, at the request of the Tumalo Irrigation District, Oregon, to participate in the design, planning, and construction of a comprehensive water conservation project by the District. Limits the Federal share of project costs to 50 percent.
