Peopling of America Museum Act - Establishes the National Museum for the Peopling of America within the Smithsonian Institution, to be located in new or existing Smithsonian Institution facilities on or near the National Mall in the District of Columbia.

Establishes an Advisory Committee on American Cultural Heritage to advise the Secretary of the Smithsonian Institution, who shall appoint its members, and the Museum Director on Museum policies and programs.
