Requires the Director of the Office of National Drug Control Policy to: (1) take actions to include in the South Florida High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area the I-4 corridor (the area along Interstate 4 in Florida that extends from Daytona Beach, Florida, and the surrounding vicinity to Tampa Bay, Florida, and the surrounding vicinity; and (2) conduct a comprehensive analysis of the problem of drug trafficking in the I-4 corridor and report to appropriate heads of Federal, State, and local law enforcement agencies on a strategy to address the problem.

Authorizes appropriations.
