Commission on the Future for America's Veterans Act - Establishes the Commission on the Future for America's Veterans to: (1) conduct a comprehensive study of health care services provided by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; (2) submit to the Congress a demonstration project bill; and (3) report to the Congress on the projects. Requires the bill to authorize the Secretary to implement temporary demonstration projects for the improvement of veterans' health care services at 20 to 40 specified Department of Veterans Affairs medical centers.

Provides for expedited congressional consideration of the bill.
