65th Infantry Regiment Commemorative Coin Act - Instructs the Secretary of the Treasury to mint and issue $1 silver coins in commemoration of all Puerto Ricans in the 65th Infantry Regiment of the United States Army during the Korean conflict.

Mandates prompt deposit of coin sales surcharges into the Korean War Veterans Memorial Fund for use by the American Battle Monuments Commission.
