Rhino and Tiger Product Labeling Act - Amends the Rhinoceros and Tiger Conservation Act of 1994 to prohibit the sale, import, or export of any product, item, or substance intended for human consumption that contains or purports to contain any substance derived from a rhinoceros or tiger.

Prescribes criminal and civil penalties for knowing violations of this Act. Provides for forfeiture of products, equipment, and means of transportation involved in violations.
