Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives and the Secretary of the Senate to: (1) provide upon request to any House or Senate candidate a statement of agreement to conduct his or her campaign for election in accordance with the Code of Election Ethics described in this Act; and (2) compile a list of the names of the candidates who sign and return such statement to the Clerk or Secretary; and (3) make such list available upon request to any member of the public.
