Landfill Technological Improvement Act of 1995 - Amends the Solid Waste Disposal Act to provide that regulations governing the presence of certain liquids in landfills shall not prohibit usage in hazardous waste landfills of sorbents manufactured from processed organic materials that are not likely to degrade in an anaerobic environment until the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency issues final regulations concerning anaerobic landfill conditions and the use of organic sorbents.
