Women and Minority Business Lending Accountability Act - Amends the Community Reinvestment Act of 1977 to require the appropriate Federal financial supervisory agencies to jointly develop a format for collecting certain data from regulated financial institutions regarding their record of meeting specified credit needs of their local communities, including low- and moderate-income neighborhoods.
