Standard Trade Relations Act - Declares that any duty or other import restriction or duty-free treatment proclaimed in any trade agreement shall apply to products of all countries, whether imported directly or indirectly.
Amends the Trade Expansion Act of 1962 and the Trade Act of 1974 to replace the terms "most-favored-nation" and "reciprocal nondiscriminatory treatment" with the terms "standard trade relations" and "standard trade relations principle," respectively.
