Condemns human rights violations by the Government of the People's Republic of China, including: (1) the one-child-per-family policy which relies upon coercion and forced abortions; (2) the use of a "birth quota" system; and (3) the use of forced abortions and involuntary sterilizations of Tibetans.

Affirms internationally recognized basic human rights with respect to abortion.

Asks that the President and Department of State call upon such Government to cease policies that violate human rights.
