Amends the National School Lunch Act and the Food Security Act of 1985, respectively, to extend the alternative school lunch cash or commodity credit assistance program through the school year ending June 30, 1992.
Amends the Agriculture and Food Act of 1981 to extend the national donated commodity processing program through June 30, 1992.
Makes conforming amendments to the Child Nutrition Amendments of 1986 and the School Lunch and Child Nutrition Amendments of 1986.
