Aircraft Cabin Air Quality Protection Act of 1987 - Amends the Federal Aviation Act of 1958 to require air carriers to prohibit smoking on any aircraft during any flight involving the carriage of passengers in interstate or overseas air transportation. Directs the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration to promulgate regulations to implement this Act.
Declares that it is unlawful to smoke during any flight involving the carriage of passengers in interstate or overseas air transportation.
